Shipping and Return Policy

1. Order Processing

We understand that your items are incredibly special to you. Because of this, we always strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. This ToyMo Creative shipping and returns policy outlines our delivery timeframes, secure tracking details, and return process to ensure a great experience.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (where available)

Please note these are estimates only. ToyMo Creative is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

During the checkout process, our system automatically calculates your exact shipping costs based on your order’s size, weight, and delivery destination. Additionally, we will prominent display any active free shipping promotions directly on our website header and product pages when they are available.

4. International Orders

We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Consequently, your order total does not include these additional customs fees. Please note that the buyer assumes full responsibility for all international customs charges, and ToyMo Creative cannot cover these extra destination costs.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the package appears lost, contact us within 30 days of your order date at TTrendsandaccessories@gmail.com and we will work with Printify to investigate and resolve the issue.

6. Returns

To qualify for a refund, please ensure your items meet the following return criteria:

  • You must return all items within 30 days of your delivery date.
  • All items must remain completely unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging condition.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Please note that special terms apply to our published book copy: Third-Party Purchases: Because we sell “I Lived, I Fought, I Won” through external retailers like Amazon and Barnes & Noble, all book purchases are subject to those individual retailers’ specific return policies. Customer Support: If you need a return or replacement for your book, please contact the specific retailer where you placed your order directly.

7. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective print, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund)

8. Refunds

Additionally, once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm its approval or rejection. We automatically credit all approved refunds back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

9. Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
